Safety rules and procedures are much important during events especially sports event.

This is because during the during there are many possibilities to happen uncertainty such as

crowd risk, injury, traffic jams, accidents and many more. To avoid these risk there should be

some safety rules and procedures during the sport event to make the event successfully.

First safety rules and procedure during the sport event is to make sure the event place

is free from hazards such as slips and falls. This is because due to sport event the surface of

floor is much important to avoid slip and falls happen especially for the athletes. Athlete will

use the event place to when conduct a game. Attendees also may have chance to slip and fall

during the sport event due to bad condition of floor surface. For example, watery area like

washroom and food and beverage place need to give more attention by the management to

clean it as soon as possible. So that the place with water can make it dry and avoid the

attendee from fall down. The management of event need to set up the signage such as ‘under

cleaning progress’ or ‘ aware of slippery floor’ to give awareness for the attendee from slip.

So, the management of sport event need to make sure that they choose the right place for

sport event.

First aid box and other emergency equipment is a safety rules and procedure that

much needed during the sport event. It is a important things that need give attention and

importance during the sport event. As we all know that sport event is a event that many

games will be conducted and there are high possibilities to get injury during the event. So that

first aid box can use as a temporary treatment and can avoid the injury from being infected.
For example when a athlete being injury during the sport event and as management team who

conduct this event need to take responsibility to give first aid treatment. So that first aid box

must be prepared as many as can during the sport event because there is possibilities

attendees also get injury or fall down during the sport event. Without the first aid box during

the sport event, it may cause many problems.

Attendance list is a important element that need to give attention and consideration

during the sport event. This is safety rules and procedure during the event. Attendance list

should be take by the management team during the sport event. it can be manual as checked

the ID match or QR code scanning to make the progress more easily and effective. This is

because when a sport event or any other event conducted, attendance list is important because

it is a proof that a person or athlete attend to the event. Moreover it will become a

understand the direction and place that want to go. Normally washroom is much important

during conduct a sport event because not only attendee but athlete also use washroom to

make themselves fresh. So using the signage will help them to reach a direction and avoid

them from stuck in crowd or confuse. Same as parking is important especially in sport event.

During the sport event parking signage is need to place where the attendee able to parking

their vehicle easily. Through this can solve another risk which is traffic jams. So, signage is

also a safety rules and procedure to protect attendee and athlete during the sport event from

many hazards and avoid attendee stuck in crowd especially under age adults without the

signage.

The fifth safety rules and procedure during the sport events is make sure all fire

alarms and fire extinguisher are work well. This is a important element that need give

attention before event and also during the event. Attendee and management team should

know the place of fire extinguisher has been hang up and where need press the fire alarm for

the emergency case. During the event, fire and electric related things should be handle

carefully to avoid explosion and electric shock which may cause fire. If in case this happens

fire extinguisher and fire alarm is much needed to solve this uncertainty. Moreover there

procedure to handle the fire extinguisher need to attach with the fire extinguisher. This will

give a understanding and way to use a fire extinguisher properly not only to the management

team also to the attendee. So, during the sport event, the management team should make sure

the fire extinguisher are hang up in all over sport event place and fire alarms works well.
