Annexure 3 of TII 90-244-01 for more information.
Check weekly; door look hook movement & hook plate screw
tightness. Refer Annexure 3 of TII 90-244-01 for more information.
Check weekly; gap between the yoke & shaft, minimum gap to be
4mm.
Check weekly; return spring condition & replace the spring if found
sliding out of the locking hook.

Check weekly; clearance between the lifting bracket bore and cylinder pin & replace it
if the clearance is ≥ 1mm.

Water wash with high pressure weekly; all mechanical joints of locking mechanism,
rear hinge & trunnion pin area to avoid dust
accumulation.
