 Performed all Risk Management processes to identified risks and documenting the same in Risk register,
perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis using Pert Master simulation , monitor residual risks,
identify new risks, ensure that risk response plans are executed at the appropriate time, and evaluate, track
and manage their effectiveness throughout the life cycle of the project.
 Execution of the project that involves Planning, Scheduling, Estimation of cost & resources, negotiation
with vendors for cost optimization without compromising quality, Coordination between vendors, design
department & engineering for timely submission of drawing to customer for approval.
 Projet related revenue & collection forecast and working to achieve the same, monitor direct and indirect
cost to investigate deviations from the budget.
 Contractual discussion with client, consultant for eliminating various obligation of contract.
 Imparting training and prepare PMP study material for PMP certification of all in-house employees.
 Deliverables and performance tracking throughout the entire organization along with Invoice planning and
forecasting. Measuring the profitability of individual business units and reporting the same to top
management.
