Title: HP Store – eBay Integration for UK market
Period: Oct’2019- Till date
Description: Integrate HP Store UK as reseller within the eBay Marketplace environment in United
Kingdom. The newly created orders on the eBay Marketplace will then be propagated to
the HP Store supply chain environment and, subsequently, shipped to the customer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
I facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, sprint review and daily stand up, removing
impediments to the team’s progress I coordinate with various teams and stakeholders as
part of project delivery. I ensure the project follows the agile methodology and its
practices by measuring the agile specific metrics and report to management on identified
business risks and issues. Publish project, program level metrics and dashboard and
review with the management, and take key decisions for project/program level goal
setting. I conduct retrospectives to continuously improve the team performance

For IBM India Pvt. Ltd :


Title: SAP Fulfilment Tools Squad (Formerly known as: Blue Harmony)

Description: Q2C (Quote to Cash) is an IBM initiative to integrate applications used across IBM

I performed the role of an Iteration Manger/Scrum master. I drive the deliverables in
iteration. We follow Agile methodology hence I conduct Scrum, Retrospective, Sprint

Title: Netapp-NGS-CMS

Description: The Enterprise Content Management (eCM) Program will deliver critical baseline
functionality to enable the entire NetApp business to create/capture, manage, deliver,
and retire electronic information accurately and consistently via an Enterprise Content
Management solution. A key need for the eCM solutions success is its alignment with
end-user needs. The initial focus of the eCM Program will be the NetApp Support Site
(support.netapp.com), currently known as the NOW site (now.netapp.com)

Roles and Responsibilities:


I played the role of a Team lead. involved in Test plan, Requirement analysis of all the
modules, coordinating with onsite lead for queries and clarifications, Test case
estimation, Delivery time estimation, delivered quality test cases by reviewing , test
cases execution, Traceability matrix preparation, defect management, Interviewing and
Training new resources, provided extensive support to onsite for the project to go live.
