 Construction of earthing pit and any type of Earthing system
 Supply of spare parts and consumable required for Genset.
 Routine maintenance of DG set.
 24/7 Operation and maintenance of DGset.
 Getting approval from any authority
 Any item other than BOQ.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (CNF BASIS):

C&F BASIS

DELIVERY
Available in 16-20 weeks after opening of LC. Due to Covid-19, the
DGSET
timelines may extend further 16 to 20 more weeks.
VALIDITY Our offer is valid up to 30 days from offer date. Any validity or
extension required beyond this date or change in specs is subject
to our review and confirmation which may result in revision of
prices and delivery date. Your acceptance is recognized upon the
receipt of Work Order
PAYMENT TERMS
As for C&F Sea Karachi Value 100% payment will be made through
irrevocable letter of credit in favor of the manufacturers allowing
GENSET Trans-shipment with all bank charges including confirmation
charges on buyers. The LC will be confirmed by a first class bank at
your cost.
FORCE MAJEURE This offer is subject to standard force majeure conditions.

WARRANTY 12 months against any Manufacturing defective Parts.

Our quoted prices are firm and final for the validity period
EXCHANGE RATE, DUTIES mentioned in the proposal. However, our prices are based
& TAXES on present import levies and 1 $ = 170 PKR exchange rate. In
case of increase or decrease in above the price will be
adjusted accordingly.

S.M. JAFFER & CO is exempted from Income Tax on supplies

INCOME TAX DEDUCTION under section 50(4), as per CBR notification # SRO 97 (1) 2002
dated 12-02-2002.

FORCE MAJEURE This offer is subject to standard force majeure conditions.

WARRANTY FOR DIESEL 12 months warranty against any manufacturing defective

GENERATOR parts.
