Roles and Responsible of RCY Advisers  Provide Trainers for the Conduct of different RCY trainings such as

first aid.
 A minimal Fee will be collected to defray expenses, and
1. Approach  PRC will provide Technical Assistance in any council activity
program.

Samples of activities an adviser must have.
1. Support various programs. (BHW, Clinic Duty, etc.)
2. 2 projects sustainable to the council.
3. Establish fund generation to augment Chapter activities, projects,
and program.
4. Create linkages with the government, LGU, NGO’s and private
organization to sustain the worthwhile and humanitarian
activities of the RCY.
5. Make an evaluation for every activity done improvement and
development.
6. Submit monthly activities to the chapter.
7. Recognition RCY annually thru conducting a “Tribute for RCY” and
School Recognitions.
Requirements and Responsibilities of Philippine Red Cross
Ensure establishment of an RCY Council in every member school,
Should have at least 44 members (43 youth + 1 Adviser)
Inclusion in the Curriculum; Disaster Preparedness, Health, Basic
First Aid, Basic Life Support and then,
Should have at least two teacher trainers,
Encourage schools to support the Membership with Accidental
Assistance Benefits, and
Should have at least two outreach projects with PRC
