 At the end of one semester, the student is
expected to:
a. Participate actively in team building activities
b. Manifest effective leadership/fellowship skills

 The Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS)2 is a sequel to
CWTS 1. It is designed to immerse students in activities that
will arm them with the capability to contribute in the upliftment

According to Chapter V, Sec.6.1 of the TUP-NSTP Manual
of Operations and Trainees Guide on Policies, Rules and
Regulations, the grading system shall be as follows;
• Training Proper 30%
