Acecook Vietnam Jsc is a food production company. It was founded in 1993 and after many years of
operation, it has grown to become a leading general food company in Vietnam. The company is leading
the market with a strong position, specializing in providing high quality and nutritious instant products.

Some of its famous products on the market at the moment are Haohao instant noodle, Phuhuong
instant vermicelli, Denhat Pho, Modern cup noodle…

The Company has 7 branches with more than 300 agents nationwide and exports products to more than
40 countries including USA, Canada, UK, French, German, the Netherland, Poland, Switzerland, Sweden,
Norway, Czech Republic, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Slovakia, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan,
Malaysia, Cambodia, Japan, UAE, etc.

Supplier Tien Hung Jsc – Tien Hung is a flour manufacturer company that also supply raw
materials for other company such as Orion, Huu Nghi, Hai Ha-Kotobuki. Tien Hung
is the main supplier of Acecook
Impact The main ingredient for noodle in any type is flour, therefore, flour manufacture of
the supplier effects greatly on Acecook’s products on both quality and quantity.
Tien Hung is a vietnam-based company so Acecook can source their ingredients
internally with no problem of transportation and with a reasonable price. This
effect on the product pricing as well.

Intermediaries Distributors – to help Acecook exports and bring their products internationally.
Agents – to help Acecook distribute products nationally to retailers such as big
supermarket like Vinmart, Big C, Mega Market and small local groceries stalls.
Impact The bigger this distribution system grow, the more money Acecook can save on
marketing through media. On the opposite, this can effects on the company’s
quantity of production goods. If there is less distributors, they have to produce less
and sell less products.

Competitors Other big food manufacturers such as Masan, Micoem or instant noodle brand
from China, Korea, Indonesia such as Indomie, Samyang.
Impact With the increasing number of competitors, Acecook needs to invest more on
researching and developing new products in order to cater to the everchanging
appetite of customers and spend more money to bring them to the market with
different marketing compaigns.

Public Goverment publics, media publics seem to play the biggest role on Acecook
reputation.
Impact Recently, according to information from the Food Authority of Ireland, the export
of Acecook Vietnam has been recalled due to Ethylene Oxide. Vietnamese media
such as online news, social media pages spreading this information rapidly with
twist and turn has been affectting customers’ trust to this brand.
Customers The biggest customer of Acecook is Vietnamese consummers both national and
international.
Impact The food manufacturer has been constantly renewing and updating their products
like creating new noodle that resembles udon noodle of Japanese, pasta of Italy or
updating their dry instant noodle to catch up with the Indomie noodle trend
recently, in order to catch up with Vietnamese people’s taste and provide them
new experience.
