Teaching Philosophy:

My philosophy of education is that all children are unique and

must have a stimulating educational environment where they
can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. I
believe that there are three essential elements that are
conducive to learning.

I believe in allowing the students to build their

communication skill between each other, by encouraging
them to work as a groups, which will have mixed abilities
students. That will help them to learn from each other.
According to Vygotsky ZPD students can learn from the high
level students.

Also, I believe that students learn better by doing.

Experimental learning has been around for eons now. It was
Aristotle who wrote that “for the things we have to learn
before we can do them, we learn by doing them.” especially
for the young learners, It’s more engaging and more
memorable to have more hands on activity, which will allow
them to explore, learn and have fun at the same time.

Lastly, I believe that modeling is important strategy to be

used with the young learners. Because it is one of the many
strategies that can enhance the learning process, it always
helps the students to understand better.
