Procedure: Preliminary phase D: in appropriate equipment disperse the pigment while milling until complete suspension
homogeneity, until reaching the right particle dimensions. Weigh the pigment dispersions, add Butylene Glycol Dicaprylate/
Dicaprate and blend carefully. Combine ingredients of Phase A and melt at 95°C while slowly stirring until ASENSA SC 210 is
completely dissolved. Add in sequence Phase B ingredients, while stirring until completely dissolved, maintaining the temperature
at 90°C. Add in sequence Phase C ingredients while stirring after each addition until complete homogeneity, maintaining the
temperature at 85°. Add Phase D, while stirring until complete homogeneity of colour is obtained, maintaining the temperature at
85°C. Put for 10' under vacuum. Add Phase E, while stirring until complete homogeneity, while maintaining temperature at 85°C.
At this temperature, pour into moulds.

Procedure: Add Phase A ingredients into a suitable container with propeller agitation and heat

under continued mixing. Cool batch to 60 to 65°C and add Phases D and E. Pour into
containers at 60°C.

Procedure: Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 80 °C with mixing. Combine Phase B
ingredients and heat to 80 °C with mixing. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A with continued
mixing. Homogenize at 5,000 rpm for 3 minutes. Switch back to stirring and cool to 65 °C and
pour into molds.

Description: A soft pomade using the structuring characteristics of Honeywell Asensa®


CL 300 to provide body to the light oils without creating a heavy, waxy feel.

Procedure: Combine ingredients of Phase A and heat and mix until thoroughly melted
(~ 90 ºC). Add Phase B and homogenize. Cool to 50 ºC, add Phase C and homogenize.
Pour into containers.

Procedure: Combine ingredients in Phase A, dispersing Carbomer in the water with


mild homogenization. Combine ingredients in Phase B with mild homogenization. Mix
Phase B for approximately 1 hour to ensure complete dispersion. Combine Phase B
and Phase A with sweep mixing. Stir until homogeneous. Add Phase C and mix until
a homogeneous gel is obtained.
