ANTI-BILL SHOCK FEATURE
Anti Bill Shock (ABS) refers to the built-in plan feature that automatically protects the
subscriber’s bill with a monthly coverage for regular data charges. The prescribed bill
cap acts likes a price ceiling for data usage.
For example, you have consumed the data allocation of your Plan, and you did not
subscribe to any Mobile Internet packages, regular charging of P0.05/kb will then apply
until you reach ABS. If you were able to reach the threshold, the maximum charge for
your bill will be capped at P1,500.

EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS
Commercial Document: signed and duly accomplished Service Application Form (SAF)
1 Below are the important notes:
a. Please shade if it’s New Connect or Retention. If Retention, please indicate the Mobile Identification
Number (MIN or the existing mobile #) in the corresponding field.
b. Preferred device can be paid either one-time cash out (OTC) or amortization. Please indicate the amount in
the corresponding column.
c. Please indicate the exact device model (including the GB capacity as needed).
d. SAF should be manually or digitally signed (not copied and pasted) and collated in one PDF file only.
Signature should be identical as the one reflected in the Company or Valid ID.

REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CONNECT AND RETENTION

APPLICATION PROCESS (within 1 to 2 weeks)
Credit Checking: Applicant will be emailed should there be concerns in the application.
3 SMART Enterprise reserves the right to decline any application based on credit evaluation
and computation made cannot be disclosed.
Come and Pay Notice (CAP Notice): Issuance of CAP Notice to the applicant for New Connect only
4 via email once preferred device has been allocated. This contains the 1-month advance payment to
be settled.
CAP Notice is valid for 15 calendar days upon receipt. Application will be forfeited if there’s no
payment within the said period.

Delivery Preparation: Upon posting of payment, the SMART EE Postpaid Kit is prepared at Smart’s
6 warehouse, and to be endorsed to 3rd party courier, WWWExpress.

Notice

• In case an authorized representative will receive the Smart EE Kit from WWWExpress, please prepare
an authorization letter and a copy of the applicant’s and authorized representative’s IDs.
