    VIRTUAL PARENTS’ ORIENTATION


    NARRATIVE REPORT

    Parents and Guardians of HMES grade one pupils attended the virtual
    orientation on September 15, 2021 at 1 pm. It was held online via Google meet.

    The topic presented were started with the introduction of school leadership and
    teachers. Followed by the discussion of Printed modular Distance Learning modality,
    Deped Rizal 4x4 approach and Weekly home learning Plan .
    The guidelines on how to use SLMs, Assessmet strategies, Distribution and
    retrieval of modules were also discussed in the said activity.

    The meeting were participated by parents and guardians of grade one pupils,
    According to the announcement made by grade one advisers. Parents and
    Guardians were advise to assist their children in answering SLMs and their main role
    is to only facilitate and assist their children while doing the tasks, Telling them to
    praise or give positive feedback whenever their child finished the tasks.

    Parents were also oriented and given schedule when to conduct the online
    kamustahan. In line with this, parents were advise to observe proper “netiquette”
    online to protect them from any security risks. However, we all know that in the
    current situation not all parents were able to participate online and need an extra
    hand. So we informed them that the school adapts project AKAP and conducts home
    visitation.

    Lasty, Parents and Guardians queries and clarrifications were attended


    accordingly.
