Department of Senior Affairs

To whom it may concern:

My name is Auburn Manymules and I am applying for the Senior Affairs Program
Assistant II C19 (30 Hours). I have worked for the City of Albuquerque before as a
Youth Leader for the North Domingo Baca Multigenerational Center. Along with my
duties in the afterschool program, I also provided information and assistance to the
senior citizens when the afterschool program was completed. I educated seniors on the
services, activities, and programs that were offered at the North Domingo Baca
Multigenerational Center. My other responsibilities included but not limited to were
signing up seniors for field trips and hot meals for the following week, printing out
brochures and information packets, distributing these brochures and packets to
community members, using Word and Adobe to create posters, fliers, and
announcements, and planning out schedules for the coming weeks and months. I pride
myself in how well I work with my coworkers and I strive to always maintain clear and
concise communication.
