INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Brite Afrika Holdings Limited
Brite Afrika was incorporated in 2012 by a team of telecom and electrical professionals with
experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in the tele‐electrical industry. The mission is to provide high
quality, standards‐based technology implementation in the field of Telecom, Datacom, Infrastructure
and Networking and Electricals.
We have expanded our services by putting together an excellent management team, employing top
performing engineers, and providing exceptional service. This ensures that our valued customers are
never placed second.
The primary aim of Brite Afrika is to fill the existing void between theoretical knowledge and the
ground level engineering skills of fresh/experienced engineering graduates so as to enable them to be
skilled telecom engineers and efficient managers of technicians in field.
At Brite Afrika, our strength lies in our in‐depth technical and practical knowledge, born out of a
genuine interest in, and fascination with the world of Communications, coupled with our ability to
implement that knowledge in a clear and comprehensible format into our field and projects to deliver
best to our clients.
Our industry experience with exposure to a wide range of telecom products allows us to talk with
authority, relate personal experience to enhance understanding of the Clients.
We are present across country in the field of Telecom Implementation, Infra Implementations,
Operations and Maintenance, Manpower Outsourcing and training.

WIRELESS ACCESS AND TRANSMISSION
Brite Afrika brings today innovative solutions to the demanding telecommunications market. Its
products employ the most advanced field‐ proven technologies achieving and exceeding the level of
performance required by the modern applications for wireless access and backhaul.
Small‐cell Backhaul Units Street Node™ is a truly groundbreaking series of auto‐aligning
Ethernet radio products with unique automation and “zero‐touch” capabilities. Its design meets the
multiple challenges of small‐cell backhaul, available for operation and ideally supports installations on
street structures
Point to multipoint microwave solutions (PtMP)
Point‐to‐Multipoint Microwave Solutions delivers state of‐the‐art IP connectivity in demanding
backhaul of heterogeneous networks and in premium broadband. It fits today’s bandwidth intensive
ip transmission application offering cost effective high capability 3G+/LTE/LTE‐A hence transforming
networks to an all ip enabled network.
Antenna systems
A complete range of microwave, satellite and special‐purpose antennas, designed and
manufactured in‐house, which support any demanding application requiring wireless links of the
highest performance.
Point to point microwave (PtP)
This includes microwave dish of 0.3, 0, 6, 1, 2, 1.8, 2.4 and 3m sizes of various frequency band used for
GSM site transmission.

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF TELECOM EQUIPMENT
We provide installation and commissioning services of all latest and old telecom equipment used in
the industry with the support of highly trained & equipped engineers and support technicians. We
provide following services:
All types of BTS‐2G (NSN, Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE, Alcatel‐Lucent etc) in all possible installation
types supported by equipment type.
Installation of all types of Node B‐3G (NSN, Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE, Alcatel‐Lucent etc) in all
possible installation types supported by equipment type.
Installation of all types of microwave hops (NSN (Flexi‐ hybrid, Packet, Hopper, Metro,

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF BROADCAST & STUDIO
EQUIPMENT
We also supply, install and maintain various broadcast and studio equipment which include radio (FM)
transmitters, Digital Television terrestrial transmitters, Antennae, Feeders, Coaxial cables,
Professional studio mixers, Processors, Lights, Cameras, Teleprompters, Production Switchers &
controllers, Broadcast and studio accessories etc.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
We always take Occupational Health and Safety on priority basis at all levels. All our employees,
whether fresh or experienced, are strictly trained on OHS policy and its implementation procedures.
We ensure following activities for strict adherence of OHS/EHS.
Compulsory training on OHS/EHS during company Inductions.
Full knowledge imparted on use of OHS/EHS tools and equipments.
Full action plan on Emergency Plans/Actions to be taken at Site/Work as per the situation.
Practical Trainings on Personnel Protective Equipments, its implementation and Use.
Full Day sessions on Environmental Protections and methods for same.
Regular Audits on site during WIP (Work In Progress) to check on use of PPE.
Regular OHS audits to check the adherence of OHS rules and regulations.

The CEO is answerable to the Board of Directors. He is also the sits as the Secretary to the Board,
during Board meetings. Under him there is the Projects Managers, who co‐ordinate all projects being
undertaken. Also, under the Managing Director, but working together with the Projects Manager is
the HSE & Quality Coordinator, who ensures that all our HSE and Quality Policies and Procedures are
adhered to at all times.
In the three divisions we have very able teams comprising of competent Electrical & RF Technical
Personnel, Civil Works Supervisors as well as Riggers who are on the ground to deliver quality services
to the company’s clients.

Brite Afrika Holdings Limited is a telecommunication company specializing in design, installations and
maintenance of telecommunication equipment. The company maintains high standards of occupational
health, safety and environment during the execution of all their operations.
The company has committed to do all that is reasonably practicable to prevent personal injury and damage
to property, and to protect the environment.
In particular, Brite Afrika Holdings Limited undertakes to;
a) Comply with all legal and other requirements regarding occupational health and safety and
environment.
b) Provide workplace, work equipment and work methods which are safe and free of risk to health and

c) Actively promote the participation and consultation of all stakeholders of Brite Afrika Holdings.
