OBJECTIVE
My goal as an educator is to be someone who continuously fosters a growth mindset for myself
and my students. Empathy, reflection, and positivity are characteristics that I hope to instill in my
students and myself. I hope to create an environment that instills creativity, inclusivity, and
comfort for students to learn in. I know how to adapt content to fit the academic and technology
needs brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic to help students with remediation or students who
are virtual. I have worked with students ranging from preschool through eighth grade, students
who receive services, including ESL students.
