1. Get to know yourself by listing down your personality’s strength and weaknesses.
Examine the characteristics which you included in your lists and draw a conclusion
about yourself and the kind of personality that you have. Do you have characteristics
that will enable you to lead in the future? Explain your answer.

We have different personality traits that makes us unique human beings. Strengths and
weaknesses that can help us or destroy us if we don’t know how to value and don’t know how to
balance each of it. Personality traits that can describe our whole personality and based on what
I’ve listed above about what are my strengths and weaknesses, I can say that I have a personality
that has only one goal to be a better person someday because I have all the characteristics that
will enable to lead myself into a successful one in the future just like one of my strengths which is
“I always love to learn” and one of my weakness which is “failure”. Every successful person
experienced a failure when they are in the process of learning something new but when we do a
research about them, we can see that the two personality traits mentioned earlier are also their
strength and weakness, but even the failure is on their weakness, it doesn’t affect their goals in life
because of their strength of learning something new that become their inspiration and motivation
to continue what they’ve gone started since the beginning until they reached the time where they
are now.
