Project Description:
Alumni Information System is a system that will help the monitoring of the graduates of the
Quezon City University. It aims to have a better way of reaching out to the alumni of the school digitally.
It can help in saving time and resources for both the institution and the graduates taking their own path
in their career.
Our Database project is designed for alumni students of our university. It is designed for them
to have a secured access to their information, giving them less effort of going to the university asking for
their specific papers they need.
Database for alumni are vital to every learning institution. Alumni database for Quezon City
University that would provide solutions to problems in tracing alumni. Our proposed system would
enable users to register as well as generate information for the purpose of tracing the whereabouts of
the alumni.
Objectives:
Main Objective: The main objective of the proponents is to develop an Alumni Information
System for Quezon City University.

Specific Objectives:
1. To develop a system that will help the school administration to access the school alumni’s
information whenever they need it.
2. To develop a system that will secure every alumni student’s information.

3. To design a system that can provide information about Quezon City University’s alumni such
as: their batch number, current contact information, current job and previous educational
attainment details for easy access.
4. To develop a system that will assist the school administrator in keeping track of their school
records. The school administrator will be able to add, delete, update, search, and print
records using the system.
5. To develop a system that will record all the information of the alumni of the school to
improve the gathering of their information and as well as they can easily access their alumni
record via online website.
6. To develop a system that can select which department the alumni belong.
7. To develop a system that allows printing the record of the alumni, where printing
preferences can also be changed.

Scope:
1. The system will compile the information of the alumni.
2. The system can search the alumna’s record.
3. The system will allow the specific user to update the alumna’s record.
4. The system will allow an alumni to print their records.
5. The system will allow an alumni to add and record their data.

Limitations|Delimitations:
1. The system is exclusively only for the alumni of Quezon City University.
2. The system would only hold a data about the alumni of Quezon City University.
3. The system can only be used to record and give service information to the alumni of
Quezon City University.
4. The system can only be modified by the school administrators.
