Define yourself based on your responses in the “Step 1” of your career plan. Your aim is to present a detailed
description of your personal strengths and weaknesses to support the career track you have chosen. Use
theories that we have discussed to make the content more rigorous.

II. Explorations of Courses and Careers

State the different courses and careers you have considered and discuss what you discovered when you
gathered information about them. Compare and contrast them to highlight the advantages and disadvantages
if ever you will pursue each of them.

III. My career decision

After considering who you are and exploring your career options, clearly state your final career decision.
Explain why you are choosing this course and career. Use the career theories we discussed to reinforce your
career decision.
