NYC - A WALK UP FIFTH AVENUE

1. Start your tour at the Empire State Building on 5th Avenue between 33rd and 34th
Streets. A great view of New York City.

2. Now walk up 5th Avenue seven blocks to the New York Public Library. The entrance is
between 40th and 42nd Streets. Bryant Park is next to the Library. In the summer
there are free music concerts there.

3. Walk up 6th Avenue to 49th Street. Rockefeller Center will be on your right. You can
ice-skate there in the winter.

4. Across from Rockefeller Center, on 5th Avenue, is St. Patrick’s Cathedral. It’s modeled
after the cathedral in Germany.
