Problem Solution
Talk to him/her immediately, tell them that what they are doing is
Floundering wrong and not included to the objectives of their tasks. So they will
not continue to do their mistakes that will able to affect the whole
group. Aside from that, understand that not everyone is good at
understanding the instruction, before doing an action explain and
understand the activity clearly.

If this person try to force you to believe them, just focus on the goal
Overbearing Experts and task, show them the result of group activity and after the task is
done, ask them if their arguments is right or wrong, if not, let them
realized that they are not right everytime. Not every situation need
confrontation, let people realized their own action and do not
tolerate superiority within the group.
Confront and talk to your dominant groupmate immediately, that
Dominating Participants his/her opinion is not connected to the activity, tell them that they
are wrong and do not tolerate their wrongful doings in a nice way.
You can guide them and help them grow with that.
Before the group activity, ask everyone what's their point of view
Reluctant Participants towards the tasks they are about to do. Appreciate everyone's
words and opinion so they have the confidence to share their
thoughts and ideas on the next groupings. Let everyone have the
voice to speak up.
Confront them during the giving of opinions of the team, tell them to
Unquestioned Acceptance of focus on one opinion before proceeding to the other opinion so they
will know if one's opinion is good enough and will target the
Opinion objectives of the task. With that, they will know what could be the
best opinion to apply.
Before the announcement of any activity, always tell the
Rushing to Accomplishments groupmates to have time management and stop procrastinating, do
the task on time so they will not rush themselves during the
deadline.
Before the activities and group meetings, remind everyone about
Attribution of Motivates to others fairness and equality within the group. Teach them how to respect
others people’s opinion regardless of who they are.
To deal with this kind of groupmates, you can support other
Discounting or Ignoring Group opinions during the meeting to make majority agree with you, and
this kind of groupmate has nothing to do but to agree also to the
Member’s Statement best opinion you will choose to support.
Confront them after the activity, explain them what is the activity
Wanderlust: Digression and they were going to do and ask them what's their opinion and
suggestion. You can also tell them that what they have shown during
Tangents the meeting is not good and could affect their grades and team. Give
them specific activity that they should be responsible of.
Listen carefully both opinion from each during the activity, talk to
Feuding Team Members them one by one, after hearing their ideas, you can choose what's
the best among the two or you can utilized their both opinions on
the task.
