E. Activity A Culminating activity of the 2021 National Observance of the Filipino Values Month with

F. Objectives The observance is pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 479 signed on October 25,
1994, titled Declaring the Month of November of Every Year as Filipino Values Month. This
year's theme focuses on how the challenges of the COVID- 19 Pandemic led to the
discovery of the meaning of life, strengthen one's faith that drives understanding of
others, and exercise moral duty and solidarity to ensure the well-being of others in need.
