Procedure: Grade Level: 8th grade


Warm Up:
Physical: Stretch, shoulders, neck and back. Content/ Objectives: Students will build vocal
Massage: shoulders, jaw, temples techniques through various warm-ups and

- Review rhythm first (time signature)
count the rhythm
- Review counting troubled spots
- Chant solfege
- Play triad on C for 1st exercise (G for Skills: Sight reading 2-3 exercises using correct
2nd) pitches and hand signs.
- Sing through first exercise. (Repeat) Using correct vocal and breathing techniques
Ending recap while doing warm-ups.
