Site Plan General Notes

 All Electrical installation works shall be done in accordance with these

plans and specifications.
 All Electrical works shall be done in accordance with the latest
published edition of the PEC rules and regulation of the local enforcing
authority and the requirement of the local power company.
 The electric service shall be single phase 230 volts,60 hertz.
 The wiring installation shall be done in rigid metal conduit RSC and
Polyvinyl Chloride PVC conduit and minimum size for conduit shall be
15mm diameter.
 All wire shall be stranded THWN copper. The minimum size of power
shall be 3.5sq.mm and lighting shall be 2.0sq.mm
 All materials to be used shall be brand new and must be of the
approved type for particular location and purpose.
 The discrepancy of the design shall be verified with the owner or
representatives. Any charges shall be made accordingly.
 The mounting heights of wiring devices shall be as follows:

1. Light Switch 1200 mm above finished floor

2. Convenience Outlet 300 mm above finished floor
3. Panelboard 1500 mm above finished floor

 All electrical installations shall be done under the direct supervision of a

duly licensed Professional Electrical Engineer or Registered Electrical
Engineer or Registered Master Electrician.
