PINTKEEPER

CLEAN
Hi there! The PintKeeper is a double-walled, vacuum sealed container, so it's not dishwasher
safe. But it can be easily washed manually!

LID

Hi there! Our team is looking into that matter at this moment. Please stay tuned for news on
the PintKeeper and other products.

CANKEEPER
CLEAN

Hi there,

Nope, absolutely not. The CanKeeper is double-wall, vacuum-insulated and should never be
put in a dishwasher.

CUP HOLDER
This is a difficult question, as it completely depends on the kind of cupholder. But there is no
risk to go ahead and order it. If it doesn't fit, and you would like to return it, let us know.

SPRING

Yes, the spring inside the CanKeeper will push the can against the seal inside the cap. I've
been drinking out of the CanKeeper for weeks now and none of my drinks spilled into the
container.

SPILL PROOF

Thanks for reaching out! Our CanKeeper is spill proof, but please note kindly that it's not
100% leak proof. If you keep it upside down for a longer time, the liquid will start dripping.
Here is an awesome video that will show you how it works

While the CanKeeper will help you to keep your beverage cold for longer, it is not a spill-
proof container. Your beverage can still spill if it gets knocked over.

ALIGN

It's the ladder. The CanKeeper cap has a sealing function, so if you align the opening of the
can and the opening of the cap, your beverage will not go all around the place.
PAINT

Hi there! The CanKeeper is powder-coated, which means that the paint is more durable and it
won't pee off easily.

CARBONATION

If you close the lid and the opening via the slider, it will slow dow the "flattening process",
but it won't keep your beverage fresh and crispy indefinitely.

Hope this helps!

While the CanKeeper will help you keep your canned beverage cold for longer, it doesn't
completely seal the can. Which means that carbonation will be lost overnight.

REMOVE BLUE GASKET

You might want to remove the blue gasket. You can use your thumbnail to gently pry the
three "wings" away from the cap (you hear a clicking sound). Once they all have unlocked,
remove the gasket, and wash both parts. When you're done, align it inside the cap and gently
push them back into place until you hear that clicking sound again.

ADDRESS

Unfortunately, our e-commerce platform is limited to one shipping address per order. If you
wish to have your order shipped to multiple addresses, I fear you have to place one order per
address.

BOTTLEKEEPER

To be honest, I don't know. I haven't driven a golf cart yet. But, since we have an awesome
"satisfaction guarantee" there is absolutely no risk in ordering one and trying it. And if it
does fit, please let us know. If it doesn't, contact our support team and they will help you with
the return. We even pay for shipping.
Bud light

Thanks for reaching out. The Standard would be the right BK for you as it fits the 16oz Bud
Light Aluminum bottle.

However, the Bud Light Aluminum bottle does not fit our BottleKeeper x.

Hope this helps.

//

Thanks for reaching out. The Labatt Blue LIght Lime works with the Standard. However, it will
not fit the regular Labatt. For a detailed list of bottle that fit and don't fit, please check our
website at

WONT FLOAT

Nope, it will sink. The bottom base, which when removed is how you get the bottle in and out,
doesn't create a complete seal so unfortunately any liquid will slowly (or not so slowly) leak
through the base connection.

COLDESNESS

Thanks for reaching out and for the question! BottleKeeper was designed to keep a beer
colder, longer, while you're enjoying it. Although it would be great to be able to say "it keeps
beer cold for X amount of time", it's just not possible because there are quite a lot of
uncontrollable factors in our daily beer drinkin' lives (i.e. temp outside, humidity, what "cold"
means to an individual person, etc).

So what I can say is that the stainless steel shell was designed to protect the glass from
accidents and the neoprene inside the BottleKeeper to keep your beer cold over a reasonable
period of time while enjoying the tasty delight of cold suds -- but was not designed to keep a
beer cold for hours and hours on end.
Apologies in advance for the vagueness in my response but hope this helps!

Our Standard was designed to keep your beer colder, longer while you're drinking it.
Although it would be great to be able to say "it keeps beer cold for X amount of time", it's just
not possible because there are quite a lot of uncontrollable factors in our daily beer drinkin'
lives (i.e. temp outside, humidity, what "cold" means to an individual person, etc). However,
the BottleKeeper X, our double-walled, vacuum insulated model, will keep your beer cold for
up to 6 hours. I hope this help

WATER BOTTLES

I'm sorry to say that they most likely won't fit. Most water bottles are too "fat" and their necks
are not long enough to fit in our BottleKeepers.

POUR

Nope, the base is not watertight and the neoprene inside will make the water taste funny...

STRING

ell, the most clever idea would be to push the string down with the hand you're using to hold
the BK. Does that make sense?

ENGRAVING POO

hanks for reaching out. The neo chrome BottleKeeper is not available for engraving. We
tested it and the result didn't pass our standards. Due to the various colors, the engraving is
not standing out enough, so the engraving is getting lost.

//

Thanks for reaching out. To be honest, I'm not sure. We haven't tested Steinlager yet, and
since it's a beer from NZ, they might use a different style of 12oz long neck bottles. But, you
can always give it a try. If the BK doesn't fit, you can return it and we will process a full
refund. If it does fit, let us know so we can add it to our beer list.

Cheers

Thanks for reaching out! The BottleKeeper is lined with neoprene, which is what helps to
keep the enclosed beer bottle both protected and cold. That said, if you poured water into the
BottleKeeper it would mix and interact with the neoprene and adhesive that keeps it in place
-- and because of this, we also didn’t make the screw on/off base watertight. So the long
answer to your question is and that it’s unfortunately not possible to use it as a water bottle...

//

Thanks for reaching out. You can absolutely put the cap on while you have an open beer
bottle inside the BottleKeeper. The cap comes with a seal, so once you cranked it all the way
down, your beer is protected from accidental spills. Just so you know, since we know that
not all beer bottles are the same, we gave our cap a range to accomodate a large number of
bottles. So, even if you can't screw the cap down all the way, it will still work.

//

I just checked and it looks as if our Stubby will fit Saint Arnolds beer. From what I can tell,
their bottle is shorter and not the "classic" long neck. However, there is absolutely no risk, if
you order the Stubby and it doesn't fit, let us know and we will send you a prepaid return
shipping label and refund you.

// SPILLS

The top cap of the BottleKeeper has an inner gasket that will seal your beer, preventing it
from spilling and leaking all over the place if knocked over!

// TOPO CHICO, Strongbow Hard Cider, corona premier FITS. The Cock-N-Bull Ginger bottles
will fit nicely in the X and in the Standard BottleKeeper!

//

At this moment we don't, but our team is constantly looking into upgrades to fit more sizes of
bottles. Please stay tuned for updates!

//

Hi John! A regular 12 oz Coors Light bottle will fit nicely in the Standard BottleKeeper.
However, Coors Light pint bottles won't fit in any of the current sizes of BottleKeeper.

//

Yes, they will fit wine coolers, though those bottles are a bit short. You can add extra padding
to the bottom of the container by using foam or acquiring extra bottom pads from our Spare
Parts section.
Henry's Hard Soda will fit nicely in the Standard BottleKeeper!

BOMBER

Thanks for reaching out! I'm so sorry to say that we discontinued our Bomber, which was our
22oz version. Could you please email our Customer Service team
at Support@BottleKeeper.com and let them know how many you were interested in? We
might have a few units left.

CLEAN

You can certainly toss your BottleKeeper in the dishwasher, just be sure to put it on the top
shelf and leave it open and disconnected while on the counter for a day or two to ensure the
neoprene dries completely. Hope this helps but please do let me know if I can help further!

//

Fatty Natty won't fit our Standard nor our Stubby. The neck looks too short to reach the top
of the BottleKeeper, I'm afraid to say!

//

I'm sorry to say that none of our BottleKeeper will work with a 16 oz soda bottle.

//

The Standard 2.0 will fit 16 oz Bud Light aluminum bottles, and 16 oz Michelob Ultra
aluminum bottles.

//

Hi there! We know that all beer bottles aren't the same height. So in an effort to accommodate
as many bottles as possible, we designed the lid to have a height range. So your
BottleKeeper lid may not tighten all the way with certain bottles but is absolutely working as
intended -- meaning the custom seal is connecting with the beer bottle and keeping the beer,
well, in the beer bottle. Many beers will have the BottleKeeper cap half way up or more but I
assure you that it's working exactly as intended and your beer is definitely one of the 'great
fits' on our list. With Corona, you'll need to be sure that the beer bottle cap has also been
removed.
