Answer:

1.) Yes, Philippine is a considered has collectivism society and usually we are more collectivist
rather than individualism. And it happens to other people who cannot do things on their own,
they are more accustomed to being with their parent than to being isolated even when they are
the right age. On the side of coin, they choose to be a collectivist at the tie of they much happier
that being alone or individualism, one of example of this is my family, we are extended family in
the house, because we are happy to and if we have a gatherings in the house we party and
laugh together, And somehow, other family they don’t want to do the things in their own that’s
why people used to have someone to work on with and depend some errands with them like
they cannot go on without someone to do it with them. And the second in when having a festa,
our barangay, city or province we are accustomed to our tradition that we love to prepare a lot
of food and invite our neighbors, relatives and even the tourist we love to share and welcome
everyone and having enjoy the moment and also Filipinos are have a “Bayanihan System”
Where helping each other and coordinate with community that they would have abundant
harvest of crafts and food to sustain the daily needs of the people in the society.
2.) To our cultural orientation shapes or impacts our idea of self, especially to other Filipino in their
many aspects. We the people that build our community based on shared concepts and means.
Through time, we create a unique identity of our own. And past by in our help is a big impact to
us because sometimes in other things that we need to do in our own we will have a big
adjustment in our life and there is the time that make happened. And also, not only in happiness
o even have a positive thought by this, we have also a negative impact of this in our life because
there will have a lot of issues and such that’s make a big impact in our life. But then the is the
close family ties. We are known in other countries about these. There's another one, the kind of
working ethics the Filipinos have.
