is the President of one of India's biggest multi media conglomerate Jagran Group. Apurva has a

She had demonstrated her success in each pace by managing her work and life together, from
successfully running multiple profit organisations such as Radio City, which has continuously been
ranked 5th in India and 6th in Asia in the Great Places to Work survey, to a flawless woman at home.

The leadership style of Apurva varies based on the stage of the brand's progression in the business cycle.

In whatever she does, she adheres to the ethos of constant commitment. She also believes that people
trust leaders who follow through on their promises, thus leaders must ensure that they deliver on their
promises. Slowly, this becomes an organisational value system, and any organisation that consistently
fulfils its commitments to all stakeholders is a great organisation.

She also believes that using tough love as a management style and holding people accountable while
practising empathy is a useful working mode to use. She believes in giving difficult feedback with
empathy, as well as challenging her team to think critically and question everything rather than simply
agreeing with what is being stated.

Women, she believes, must realise that leadership and parenting are not popularity contests. To be a
leader, you must make some difficult decisions, and women frequently fail at this because they want to
be liked. They must then choose between being liked and achieving their goals.
