 Inspection and Approvals for all WIR/MIR/NCR/SOR activities.
 Drawings review and co-ordination of all engineering aspects as per NFPA Standard and UAE Codes.
 Prepare BOQ then make Estimation by using study sheet and Prepare Quotations for Projects and AMC
for fire Protection System.
 Maintaining Sub contractors and preparing Measurement Certificates on monthly basis depends upon
the percentages of Progress completion.
 Preparing Breakdown and following for Payment Certificate Approval.
 Co-ordinate with Chiller line, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Civil Engineers/Foreman to complete the
desired work and to avoid any deviations or any rework.
 Preparing weekly report and submitting to the project manager and highlighting the problems affecting
the progress on site.
 Attending weekly and monthly meetings held by the project manager and Operation Head to talk about
the project updates and completion.
 Analyzing Variation claims and preparation of reports for approval.
 Co-ordinate the requirement and availability of resources (manpower, material & equipment) with the
project manager as per site condition.
 Provide approved HVAC Shop drawing, MEP Co-ordination Drawing to site supervisor (or) Foreman and
inform them to shift the required ducting and piping approved material from warehouse to site and
arrange required material to avoid progress delay.
 Ensure the HVAC Ducts ,Fittings, accessories and Child water pipes ,fittings, accessories are available and
approved by inspection department prior to installation
 Lead the team of foremen and Laborers to attain the productivity on daily basis and achieve the
milestone as per the construction program.
