 Introduction

I am writing this report for 2 reasons and I will like you to know those reasons right away.

1. I am writing this report because a lot of people have been sending me emails telling me
to show them a proven and fast way they can use to make money online as fast as
possible because they are broke.

2. I am also writing it because I want to feed you with part of the knowledge that I have
so that you can know that I am real ☺ (You know what? A man called me the other time
asking me if I was real even though he was hearing my voice)

While the second reason is important to me, I believe the 1st reason will benefit you much
better and I will try to do my best about that. But before I go on, let me share some challenged
I am having with Nigerians with you.

The challenge is that Nigerians are too lazy and impatient

Am I not a Nigerian? Yes, I am one and I used to suffer from those things some few years back
but not again because I realized that I had to be serious if I wanted to become successful. I
have also discovered that this “BAD ATTITUDE” of Nigerians can be traced to only one things
and that is the fact that most Nigerians were trained to earn money, not make money.

Let me explain that:

- To earn money means you just go to work to do some certain things that your boss or
supervisor monitors you to do and at the end of the month, you collect your salary
either your boss makes a profit or not. (In fact, it gets better for civil servants)

- On the other hand, to make money, you just have to think, plan, strategize and be all
out in an aggressive manner to sell more of yourself and products because if you do not
make money, you will go hungry and there will be no Oga to pay you salary

The truth is that most people love the first option

That explains why so many people look for programs like online surveys, HYIP, Get paid to
read mails etc online where they do not have to exert any mental energy and that is why
they lose a lot of money…remember Wonder Banks? ☺

If I were to tell you ONE word that brings money into people’s pockets, do you know what it
would be? Here it is:

But before I do, let me ask you a question:

“Why do you want to make some/more money?

If you are like other people (and I guess you are), you want to make more money to buy
things that would keep you alive and help you live a better life – Think
(food,shelter,protection,fun)

Abi I dey lie?

And when you get some money and you go and buy you r wants from somebody, what
have you done? You have simply transferred more money into the pocket of that person
who satisfied your wants. Can you now see what I am talking about?

The word is “WANTS”

That is why you must be selling something and that is why people who live on salaries
ALWAYS go broke!
Why?

They buy stuffs everyday (books,food,clothes,transport,fuel etc) but they only get paid once
in a month unlike somebody who makes money everyday like I do.

Can you imagine the case of somebody who collects a salary of N40,000 in a month and has
4 kids? And he also spends N400 everyday on transport alone, has 4 kids and a wife and
still he has no other business that makes him money. Somebody like this would continually
stay in huge debt and would constantly find it hard to live.

But really, nobody has a money problem. Most people have ideas problems

That is why if you go to a forum like nairalnd.com, you will see people asking questions like
“which business can I start with N25,000,N50,000,N500,000 etc

The next sentence I want to bring up is the solution. Check it out.

What so people around you want to consume now?

In a declarative mode, this is what I am saying:

Look for what people want to consume now and offer it to them in exchange for money

And mind you, when you are doing this, take it seriously or better still, business wise.

I believe no adult in Nigeria should be broke if only they can think with their head and get
off their seats/beds.

So, here is exercise number one:

- Look around you and write down a list of the things that people want to consume
starting with yourself

A word of warning

By “consume”, I do not mean “EAT” I only used the word CONSUME to refer to what people
want right away and they desperately want to lay their hands on those things.

It might be a job, it might be to get rid of rats in the house ( I will show you how my friend
makes money from this)

For instance, If I do that, my list would be like this:

1. A new house accommodation (That is me)

2. New shirts (that is me)

3. 2 new laptops (That’s me)

 4. Get rid of rats and roaches (that’s not me)

5. Bake a cake for somebody’s birthday

6. Send an sms to 700 people (a lady wanted to say thank you to 700 people who came
for her birthday, I charged her N10 per sms, used N4 to do it online and had a profit of
N4200, not bad?)

7. Find a way to make money online (that’s not me O…Its’ other people who want to)

Now, make a list like that. Just look out. Here is an idea of people you need to observe or ask
them questions to have an idea of what they want.

- Co workers in your place of work

- Neighbours in your estate/street

- Members of your family

- Etc

Now, why do you have to do all of these? The answer is simple.

If you know what they want, you will definitely sort out a way of making some money helping
them out.

Now, that you are through with that brain work, now let’s go fully into what we have here
which is the 3 instant ways and here they are:

1. Share information that you know and get paid

2. Sell products that other people need and make profits or get a nice commission

3. Offer services that people need either personally or as an affiliate

The first way is for you to share the information you know that other people want and make
money doing that. How?

In reply to this, there is only one straight and simple way of doing this which is to organize a
seminar.

Now, don’t shout.

I am not talking about organizing a seminar with all the nuts and bolts that will eventually cost
you N300,000.

That aint what I am talking about.

This is what I am trying to communicate … let me explain it with a story.

I could remember when I started learning about blogging in connection with affiliate marketing
and adsense. There was a day that I needed like N10,000 in school(please, don’t laugh because
of that tiny amount) The truth was that I needed the money badly. So, I thought to myself
“What can I do to raise N10,000 from my surroundings” it was sure that people were willing to
get information on how to make money online.

So, what I did was to put together an advert on blogging/affiliate marketing. I gave it to a guy
to design for me on Corel draw. When he was through, I printed it out and made like 50
photocopies which I now pasted in high traffic places in y school where posters were allowed.
Total cost was N300. Do you know what happened? On the seminar day (a week later), I made
N7700 from 11 people who paid N700 each for the seminar.

A Powerful Advert To Pull People

The next thing you will have to do is to find a way of reaching out to people who might be
interested so that they can know you are having a seminar.

To make your jobs easier, you need to do something. Get a fixed amount of money you want to
raise. Is it N50,000 or N100,000 or what?

Why do you have to do that?

It will help you in planning well for your seminar. For instance, if you want to raise N50,000,
that means all you need is 10 people who will pay you N5,000 each or 5 people who will pay
you N10,000 each or other options.

This will also determine how to do your advert. Since we are not looking up to spending huge
amount of money to put things in place here, the most effective mode of marketing would be
word of mouth and handbills. But remember the first law ”It must be what people desperately
want at that time.

If you are able to do just that, you won’t have to struggle to get people to attend your seminar.

Drafting/creating an advert is super easy. Just list down the major benefits that people coming
to your seminar will get together with some bonuses as well

Once you have a date and a venue (will talk more on this soon), start talking to people about it.
put together a handbill/letter that came from you r advert in a simple and clear manner.

How do you distribute your handbills? Before I say that, let me tell you that you can get N4000
handbills at around N7,000 – N9,000

Okay, back to distribution. Only…and let me report that. Only distribute your handbills in the
area where you are likely to get responses and that is talking about areas where your
information is wanted. Don’t make the fatal mistake of staying under the bridge (because of the

Once you are through with the advert, the next thing is the

Venue
Sorry…you should have gotten the venue beforehand and even fixed the date as well.

Let me tell you this: Only fix a time when the people you are targeting would show up and have
the time to come. Period!

About the venue, since you won’t need more than 20 people, shop around for a free space that
you can use. If possible, it can be your office/shop if it is big enough. You do not have to incur
additional expenses in getting a hall.
Tell a friend, family member etc to help you with this and after some time, I believe you will
land one.

Finally, you will need a speaker. Now, I am not talking about a sound equipment. I am talking
about the trainer for the seminar. If you are the one, fine. But if the seminar is in a topic like
solar /inverter technology that you a leg and a hand. For instance, if you want to call me to
teach anything at your seminar, my minimum price is #25,000 without other expenses like
accommodation.

And that is why I recommend that you be the speaker of the seminar.

That’s all

With what I just taught you here, you can raise as high as N250,000. I am not bragging. A
client of mine sent me an email last year. She stays in Ibadan and I trained her on selling
information via seminars.

She put together a seminar in Ibadan and used the advert writing skills I trained her on to
create powerful adverts through posters and radio(spent about N45,000 on that)

But the returns were enormous. She made almost N300,000 and after subtracting her initial
capital of N45,000, she still had a net profit of N250,000 all within 3 weeks.

I know some people would be reading this right now and be thinking “Is this not too much

Sales/Get A Commission
Here comes another one which is the second instant way to make money. When you look
around you, you will discover that people buy stuffs everyday

- Rice

- Bread

- Tyres

- Wood

- Furniture

- Lands

- Cars

- Computers

- Phones

- Clothes

- Shoes

- Etc

How can you make money from these things?

There are 2 ways to do so.

1. Buy and selling

2. Import them

3. Referring/affiliating

I will explain how you can take advantage of them but before I do so, let me quickly tell you
this again:

- This report is not a complete guide on how to start a business. I am only telling you
what you can do to raise some needed cash by supplying the immediate and beneficial
wants of people around you.
 - And that tells you ONE thing again: “Make sure you know what people want before
launching off and that is easy”

For instance, if you do not do your assignment of finding out what people really want very well
and you just went ahead to buy products with the intention of selling them and you made only
one sale, you are going to be in serious trouble.
 Buying and Reselling
So, let’s take this one first.

As usual, know the amount of money you want to raise. If I want to raise N50,000 as an
example again, I know where to get some quality suits in Lagos for as low as N10,000 each. All
I have to do is find 40 people who might be likely interested in getting new suits.

If I succeed in selling a copy to only 10 people at N15,000 each, that is a profit of N5,000 X 10
= N50,000

And don’t use your money for this. You don’t have to. You shouldn’t even spend up to N2000
on this if you master is well

So, how do you do this?

Here are the steps:

As usual, you need to know what the people around you will need? For instance, if you attend a
church or you work in an establishment where people use nice shoes, shirts or suits, you can
quickly make money from them. For more about this style of making money, check out this

1. Look at the people around you and think of what they are buying that is common
to them and you know they would buy if you can supply to them at a good
bargain. (E.g. shoes, laptops, phones, suits, wrist watches, shirts etc)

2. Out of the things you have on paper, select the one that you know you can
easily get whenever it is been requested for.

3. Confirm the prices of the goods you want to market and then, send an sms to
people who you know would be interested concerning what you are selling and
the cheap price at which they can get it.

4. If people respond to your text messages, tell them you have the goods and
deliver it to them at their doorsteps (people like this kind of thing which means
they would not have to go to the market themselves)

5. You can get the goods you want to sell on credit by meeting with people in that
business and make your request known to them. If that person feels reluctant to
 help you, get someone else. Make sure you make the person to give you goods
trust you. You can achieve this by putting down some valuable things of yours.
Immediately, you collect your money from your customer, remove your profit
and return the money to the main seller.

6. Make sure you sell quality stuffs as well. This way, people will have confidence in
you and will recommend you to a lot of people who will buy from you as well.

BONUS – if you are working in places like banks etc where people spend a lot of
money to show off, do not wait till when others come to sell stuffs to you and make all
the money. Do it yourself.

Tell your co-workers that you sell good stuffs. Just make sure you offer it to them a t a
good price.

For instance, if you discover that the shirts your fellow worker use in the company
where you work is bought at a price of like N5,000, you can do a little research on how

Also, do not eat your profits but re-invest it and make more money.

Another way of making money is by importing products all by yourself and reselling
them.

I got introduced in this even though I have been hearing about it for a long time by a
man who attends the same church with me.

He has been to China and he imports from China almost on a weekly basis. And you
know what? He does this with as low as N50,000 but makes profits as high as
N200,000.

How?

Number one, products are cheap from china. You can get cheap laptops, shirt, phones
etc that people will gladly pay a higher amount of money from right here in Nigeria
because to them, it will still be a bargain.

And you can start this too with as low as N50,000 and you do not have to know
anybody in China.

The only thing is that you will be passing through some dealers who will be charging
you 1% every time you transact through them

I can’t fully expose this market here because the man who is my mentor on this just

 Referring/Affiliating

What is this one all about?

The story below would explain it.

My friend Mike is into selling of GNLD products (creams, drugs etc) and he makes a lot
of money selling them. How?

Mike has some friends or let me say partners who he gave the opportunity of referring
customers to him and whenever he makes a sale, the person who referred the
customer gets a commission.

That means if I happened to be one of Mike’s affiliates and I met a girl with some skin
problem. As we got talking, I now told her about one of GNLD’s creams that can help
her with her body and she wanted it. all I have to do is take her to Mike to buy some.

If the price of the drug is N15,000, Mike will give me N2500 for referring that customer.

I hope you got it?

Now, how do you use this?

As you must have known by now, the first thing is to have an idea of what people want.
Once you know that, you can now get on the next action…which is to find where good
products are been sold.

So, if what some people you met want to buy are good wristwatches, just go to places
where they sell good wristwatches and talk to them that you are going to be bringing
them a lot of customers….

But you must also let them know that you will be getting a certain commission for every
referral that you bring.

You can even do this for big time products like cars.

The last one I did was for laptops and I got a commission of N20,000 for 2 laptops that
were bought and everybody was happy.

I was happy because I got a commission of N20,000

The seller was happy because he made profits

The buyer was happy because the laptop was good.

Now, before you start saying: How can I do something like that?

Let me ask you this?

Can you count how many times you have referred or recommended somebody to a
shop or a merchant?

How much were you paid?

I guess the answer is zero.

You need to start making money by serving as an affiliate for other people’s products
and make clean money.

I hope you got this.

Let’s move forward to the last method I have in this manual.

 Offer Services That People Need And Get Paid
Now, this last one is more about the skill that you can offer and not selling of products.
But you can also serve as a middleman here as well.

Now, what are services?

Services are doing things that require some specific skill or no skill at all in some ways.

For instance, some people render baby sitting services and any patient and caring
person can do that.

But on the other hand, not anybody can design a webpage. Is that true?

Let me tell you this:

Right where you are, you have so many skills that you have and is just wasting within
you whereas people are looking for them:

For instance, let me ask you these questions:

- Can you repair a laptop?

- Can you design clean, Good looking graphics?

- Can you design websites/blogs?

- Can you write programs?

- Can you network computers?

- Can you plait hair?

- Do you have a sweet voice that can be used to record adverts, audio messages?

- Can you help fumigate houses?

- Can you offer consulting (advice) in an area of business?

Those ones are just a few of the thousands of services that smart people are using to
make extra money apart from the money they get from their salary.

As usual, I will give some REAL life stories so that it will not seem as if I am just
deriving some unproven stories and putting them down for you to read.
Number One – My elder brother works in a Media establishment firm in Abuja. They
have 10 laptops in that firm. Now, every month, they spend N350,000 to service the
laptops every month. And who does the servicing? Just one small guy who just got his
OND and is currently doing his IT.

Numbest who part if this money. The guy only attended a 2-day seminar on laptop
repairing and he has made over 1 million alone for offering this skill.

Note that they only call him in when the laptops are due for servicing and he does his
thing and leave.

Okay, in case you are saying but I do not have any special skill, what can I do? Let me
tell you about this:

Let me say it with a story:

My friend Wale happens to know some bankers who are his friends. Then, one day, he
received a call from one of them saying that he is been troubled by a lot of rodents in
his house.

Wale quickly said he would help him get an expert to flush out the rodents. He in turn
called another lady who was into fumigation.

He arranged with her to get part of the service fee because he was referring her.

She took up the job and the banker paid her N15,000 for it. Now, my friend knew
nothing about fumigation but he knew something about bringing customers. All he had
to do was bring in the experts on the job while he got paid big time and pocketed his
money.

2 weeks later, about 10 other bankers came to him for the same service and he called
upon the real fumigator while he collected his own commission of N2500 per job.

Now, how much is N2500 X 10? If you press your calculator for that, you will get
N25,000.

That was the money my friend made doing nothing.

What about me?

Well, just today, somebody just paid me N15,000 for designing a small website for him.
That is it.

I offered a needed service and I got paid.

What can you offer that people will gladly pay you money for?

Now, do you know anybody who wants to do something and you know you can do that
thing or you have somebody who can help you out?

Let me let you in on a secret:

One MAJOR challenge people in this country have been having as far as e-business I s
concerned is the inability to use Paypal.

Now, I as I talk to you, I have someone who can help you open a verified paypal

Because I discovered that the market is huge all over the internet and they are been
paid a lot of money.

If I learn it, that will be an added multiple stream of income for me.
