The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams

-Eleanor Roosevelt
I feel that it is the blend of conviction, leadership skills and knowledge that will help bridge the
gap between dreams and reality. It is my dream to lead a successful technological firm and to be
one of the top entrepreneurs of my country. My insatiable thrust for the above, fostered me to
apply to a specialized MBA course in an esteemed and reputed university - NALSAR.
I would describe myself as a pleasant, diverse, creative and an active girl. I think one of my most
distinguishing characteristics is the diversity of experiences I possess. But like many typical high
school students I studied hard to achieve admission into an elite university, without giving
considerable thought to my career.
I am an engineering graduate with flair of management and panache in arts. I have always been
fascinated with Mathematics and science since childhood. As a fresh-person at the
undergraduate level, I chose my major in Electrical and Electronics Engineering to ensure a
sound technical base. It was in my third year of graduation in Engineering that I was able to
touch upon subjects like Managerial economics and financial analysis and Management Science,
which stimulated my interest towards management.
Apart from all these, I am very passionate about arts and cultural activities. I am a good
seasoned painter, skilled in numerous media, including glass, water colors and acrylic. I gifted
some of these paintings on request from distinguished personalities.
I have been learning violin (Carnatic) for four years under the guidance of Smt. Vadlamani
Subhadra garu.
I chose to be a management graduate after my bachelors because, application of engineering
principals to business practices would enhance the quality of the product. In today’s world,
corporate lawyers must be more than just ‘able attorneys’. They need advanced business
proficiency so they can speak the language of their clients, and understand the operations of a
business and make critical decisions that often involve millions of dollars of public and private
funds. My quest for the above, thus encouraged me to apply to the MBA program (Corporate
Governance) in NALSAR - the premier law university in India.
I had organized many events at college level and won accolades for the same. My ardor for
interacting with different people, learning them, their culture and befriending them, has
afforded a lot of experience in managing people. My deep urge to learn people skills and
manage people on a large scale, to know them from their perspective and to run an
organization where employees love their company and to hear from them that they are jubilant
to be a part of my organization makes me a fitting candidate for your deemed program.
I strongly believe that my decision to pursue my management education from NALSAR
University would meet my long term career goals. The knowledge, skills and experiences gained
through such a dynamic program would bring newer insight in my professional potential,
personal outlook towards life, society and business environment to today’s globalized world.
