Bhd, decides to set up a special

warehouse for frozen foods next to their main warehouse in Puchong.
Blue River needs adequate and qualified new employees to run the
warehouse.
In a mean time, continuous rainfalls in the area has caused water to
enter the main warehouse and wet some of the items that were placed
in shelf bottom. The wet items become damaged and need to be
discarded and Blue River is responsible to bear the client’s loss which
added to the company’s operation costs.
Once you have a full inventory of the resources you already have at your disposal, it’s time to begin planning for future needs.
Blue River need to take action in planning for future needs for identify the number of employees required in the future.

Planning to balance the future step will help to identify the number of employees that are currently employed and are
expected to remain with Blue River in the future.

happening any damages to the items again .

The manager is responsible to bear the client’s loss which added to the company’s operation costs.He need to
bear the client’s loss and reassure and give confident to the client’s that will not repeat the same mistakes
again.Other than that,the manager also needs to instruct his employees not to be careless and put the items under
the shelf and manager should warn his employees that if the thing happens again them will be fired from work or
deduct their salaries.The managers need to provide taller and suitable shelves to prevent items from all getting
wet during continuous rainfalls again.
