Problem Statement
Violet's Garden has been a blooming company since their
opening in 2016. The companies incredible staff are the
backbone of the company and the continued success they
have in creating beautiful vase arrangements. Due to the
large volume of staff, scheduling and accessibility to
information regarding changes within the company has
caused some challenges. Due to this conflict, we as a
Company are working hard to instill a more accessible
approach to distribute and carry out scheduling information.
Strategic Approach
Violet's Garden's will survey their employees to find what is
most important to their employees when discussing
scheduling. After the survey, the management staff will have
a meeting to discuss options to best address the situation.
Once a decision is made, the company will have a training for
their employees to update changes as well as train them in
the new protocols of time off request, sick days, hours, pay,
etc. By having a training, we are offering our employees the
best resources in the new protocalls of Violet;s Garden.
Communication Objectives
Objective 1: Our goal is to incorporate an app that allows easy
access as well as instant access to schedules. This will help
keep a more organized system between employees and the
business.

Violet's Garden time frame of this project is under a month.
We are surveying employees over a week time frame then
will move to the instilling the app/program within the next
two weeks. The final week will be the training for the staff.
Measurement
The measurement of this project will be based on the turn
around as well as employee satisfaction. We as a company
should be able to evaluate the projects success within the
following months of the completion if the project.
Benefits
This project benefits the employees as well as their time
and resources. This will allow an easier option for the
employees which will then releave stress and better
relationships with the customers which helps the buiness
