Eligibility:

 Asian Development Bank eligible


 Nationality: Indian

Experience:

 Contract Experience: Successfully completed as main supplier and contractor for a project
worth greater than Rs 500 crores/- and of similar nature and complexity
 Technical Experience: All the heavy building equipment are state of the art and have been in
use for less than two years

Financial Capacity:

 Bidders net worth for the previous year must be positive

Pending litigation:
 All pending litigations must not exceed 50% of the total net worth of the bidder

 Use of Sustainable construction techniques

Bid Opening

Model to follow: Two stage

Bidders first submit their technical proposals following the specifications but without financial bids.
The technical envelopes are evaluated and discussed with the bidders.

After the evaluation of technical envelopes has been approved, the second stage invites bidders to
submit financial envelopes and revised technical envelopes in compliance with the adequate
standards

Award of the contract

If the lowest evaluated Bidder is determined to have passed the qualification criteria, the
