to becoming the leading bank of Pakistan. the first chapter covers the background, the vision, and
the mission statement to provide the direction as well as the core values are developed to further
facilitate the formulation of the performance standards. In addition, the organizational hierarchy
is designed to understand the departments and the formal chain of command.
