This employee is a valuable asset of the organization. She regularly follows up with existing and new
clients to make sure they feel valued and swiftly deals with all kinds of customers. The employees of the
department are provided with adequate trainings required to fulfil the responsibilities under her
supervision. However, the quality of the work has been undesirable lately. The employee’s approach to
problem solving is often rigid and unconventional. She is suggested to be more collaborative with other
colleagues to come up with solutions together.
