Subject: Fake Sign made by FWO for amendments in Contract Agreement

Dear Sir,
Have a good day.
We have been awarded a work for execution of tunnel excavation from inlet
portal by your good self.
Contract has been signed on 11-Nov-2021 vide No 607/CA/137/KTMD/SDO.
Progress achieved by our company was 150 feet till 24-Nov-2021 when we had
been ordered for demobilization by Commanding officer FWO 764 CTE, with
prejudice.
We have requested for clearance of payment to CO 764 CTE, but no information
is being given to us, so far.
Today, dated 22-Dec-21, we have been apprised by HQ 492 (SDO Section) that
amendment of the contracts has been reached at HQ 492 with my signature.
It is to bring in your kind notice that I have not signed any of the amendments of
the CA and this amendment have been issued by 764 CTE with my fake signs,
which is against the spirits of the Contracts.
You are hereby requested to kindly not to approve this fake amendment as I
have not signed this amendment & I am being treated with prejudice at 764 CTE
to benefit some other Contractors.
Your good self is hereby requested to kindly clear pending payments at the
earliest to enable me clearance for pending payments of local labor &plant.
I shall be thankful to you.
