Torakkāgan: One of the Hidden Sand Village’s
Dred Clan
"They are on our heels! How is this possible? We have been
on the run for at least 7 days. We had no intel on the enemy
having nin-dogs, how are they on top of us?!" the leader of a
fleeing band of shinobi questions his crew. "I'm sick of this!
Trackers aren't typically strong, set up an ambush!." the man
demands as his four man squad disperses into the
surrounding tree line.
As the team waited for their persuer to emerge, their faces
turned impatient, no one emerging from the trail they left.
"Ah!" a shrill scream is heard from one of the teammates in
hiding. "They're already here!? How? Our presents were
hidden!" the leader thought, his heart racing. Two more
screams let out as the sound of metal clashing with metal
sounded through out the different hidden locations. A single
man emerges from the the tree line before looking to the
hidden leader. "What are yo-?!" the hidden man began to yell,
but stopped as the person dissappeared from the clearing.
"Its true, scouts aren't your typical battle shinobi, but we,
we are made for ambushes." the new voice coupled with the
cold blade pressed to his neck caused the man to look back
to the man who had pursued his crew for weeks. "What are
you?" his voice wavering at what he percieved to be a demon.
"I'm a Dred." a coy smirk playing on his lips. A last ditch
attempt, a kunai tossed at the katana wielding demon.
Without hesitation, the onyx skinned man made no attempt
to dodge, and instead the kunai bounced off the odd skin the
man had conjured. "Now, why would you make me angry?"
the last words the cowering man would hear before his head
would be taken by a blade, black smoke filled eyes gleaming
down on their victim.
RARE BREED
The Dred Clan is a clan of few members due to their genetics
being a recessive (When they marry and procreat, it is rare
that Dred abilities will be granted to the offspring.) and at one
point or another they had been hunted for experiments,
looking into armor made from their family skin abilities. The
Dred Clan is one of pillars of the Sand Village, but have long
since been removed from the political agendas of the village
as there aren't many to lend their voice to the vilalge council.
Members of the Dred Clan are often put on ambush units or
scouting units to make the most use of their bloodline
abilities such as their "Analytical Eye" and "Onihada."

Dred Clan Jutsu: You know Summoning D- -Rank Jutsu,
this does not count against your jutsu known.
Passive Affinity: You have Earth Release affinity (You can
learn Ninjutsu with the Earth Release Keyword)
DRED FEATURES
Dred Clan Jutsu: The Dred have access to a seperate list of
jutsu unique to their clan. You can add these Jutsu to your
jutsu list instead o selecting jutsu from the normal jutsu list.
GreatDojutsu. The Torakkāgan is an eye of hunter, never
wavering as a black mist fills the whites of your eyes, your
pupil being replaced with a bright white halo. At 1st Level you
can spend 5 Chakra to activate the Torakkāgan as a Bonus
Action which remains active for up to 1 hour. You may
deactivate and reactivate the Torakkāgan during this time
period with no additional cost. While Active the Torakkāgan
gains the following benefits:
Hunter Vision: You have 250 feet of Chakra sight while out
of Combat and half of that, while in combat. You gain
proficiency in both Perception and Investigation, if you are
already proficient, gain expertise while Torakkāgan is
active; allowing you to better pursue trail leads such as
broken twigs, blood droplets, etc. A successful roll for
either of two two skilsl will result in 2 minutes of
advantaged checks for those two skils.
Analytical Eye: At 7th level you gain this feature of the
Torakkāgan. As a Reaction, you can make an Insight check
against a creature when they target you or someone within
30 feet of you and you can see them. The DC is 12+ Rank
of the Jutsu (D-Rank: 1, C- Rank: 2, B-Rank: 3, A-Rank: 4, S-
Rank: 5) (Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu). On a success you
know the type of technique you or an ally is being targeted
with and the general application of it. If you are the target,
you gain an additional reaction immediately after this one.
If the target is an Ally, they gain a +2 Bonus to AC against
this singular attack as you tell them what to look out for.
Onihada: When it comes to defensive capability with in the
Hidden Sand Village, this KeiKei Genkai holds a place of
admiration and fear. Onihada is a KeiKei Genkai trait of the
Dred Clan that once activated, coverts the users skin into
hard, but still prehensile graphene. This ability partially
strengnthens the density of selected parts of the user's body
during battle, but can extend the effect to its entirety. In this
form, the user resembles a demon with a malevolent facial
visage. The user's skin turns into a deep black color
accompanied by white lines that etch along the body. At 3rd
level you can spend 5 Chakra to acticate the Onihada feature
as a Bonus Action.
You have advantage on Strength & Constitution Checks
and Saving throws.
You have resistance to non-chakra enhanced bludgeoning,
piercing, and slashing damage.
Whenever you shift, you gain 1d6 additional temporary hit
points, and while shifted, you have a +1 bonus to your AC
Once you enter this form, you must complete a long rest
before you are able to enter this form again. You gain an
additional use of this form beginning at 11th level, then a
third at 15th level per short or long rest.

Description: As part of the requirements of this jutsu, you
must have the Sharingan Clan Feature Active. By making
eye contact with a creature while your Sharingan is active,
you are able to cast any Genjutsu of D-Rank or lower that
you could learn at no additional chakra cost that does not
require mobility (M), a Chakra Seal (CS), a weapon (W) or
ninja tools (NT) and the jutsu must causes a status change
on the target. The genjutsu cast must have a casting time of
1 action or bonus action. The Range of the Genjutsu
becomes the range of this jutsu and can only affect the
target creature you are looking at. This can be done
without breaking stealth.

Description: Your Onihada has started to manifest, calling
forth your blood line ability, you coat your arms in the onyx
skin known as Onihada in the shape of blade and make two
peircing attacks dealing 1d6 + your Taijutsu ability modifier
on a hit. hit. You can target one or more creatures. Until
the start of your next turn, if you are within 5 feet of the
target of this Jutsu, you gain a +1 to your AC and Dexterity
Saving throws for each creature you hit with this Jutsu.
At Higher Ranks: For each rank you cast this jutsu For each
rank you cast this jutsu above D-Rank, increase the cost of
this jutsu by 3 and the amount of Taijutsu attacks by 1. At
level 3, this ability may be cast as a reaction when being
attacked, but you may only target attacking creature and
the conjured weapon may appear at any point on the
caster's body.

Description: A modified version of the Earth Clone
Technique that allows the user to create a powerful
construct from soil, rock, mud sand in their own image.
The clone weights 6 times as much as the user, and cannot
swim (or drown). You can only create a single clone that is
incapable of sentient thought, but can be mentally
commanded as a bonus action, to complete a task by the
user so long as they are standing on the same surface
within 120 feet of one another. If the clone and user are
ever outside of this range the clone melts away back into
the materials that made it. The Earth clone has an AC
equal to your Ninjutsu Save DC, 15 hit points, it does not
have chakra of its own. It has Immunity to Genjutsu,
Psychic & Poison damage, Resistance to Bludgeoning,
Earth & Cold Damage but Vulnerability to lightning
damage. If your Earth Clone must make a saving throw it
uses your Ninjutsu ability modifier plus half of your
proficiency regardless of the type of saving throw made.
Your clone has a replica of any weapons you have on you at
the time of creation that is also made from the same
materials that constitute it’s made from. When the clone
makes an Attack using this weapon or an unarmed attack it
deals 1d8 earth damage regardless of the attack used. It
can make up to 2 attacks using its action. It does not get a
Bonus action or a reaction. You can cast ninjutsu, that you
know (except Jutsu with “Clone” in its name & Fuinjutsu &
Jutsu with the Combination keyword) with the Earth
Release keyword through your earth clone as if the clone is
casting it itself. The Clone cannot use any Clan or Class
Features, it also cannot use any Feats you may have.
Creatures who have chakra sight can immediately tell the
clone is made of earth and can distinguish the clone from
the original. You cannot control any other type of clone
when using this jutsu. (Including Shadow Clones)

Description: You spit up an earth substance from your As
part of the requirements of this jutsu, you must have
Torakkāgan the active. You may attempt to make a Wisdom
(Illusion) check vs the Genjutsu save DC to counter a
Genjutsu affecting you or another creature while also
retargeting the Genjutsu to another creature you can see
within range that you can make eye contact with. The
target creature must succeed a Wisdom Save against your
Genjutsu Save DC, being affected by the Genjutsu you
redirected on a failed save. On a successful save, the
Genjutsu ends.

being crushed and taking 12d4 earth damage on a failed
save or half as much on a successful one. Alternatively, you
can leave walls erect for the duration of 2 rounds.
