This is an ism faa’il. Which means the focus is This is an ism mafwool. Which means the focus
is on the one who is making the job done by
on the doer. If someone is called ‫ طالب‬it means
someone. In this case, it will be the teacher. If
he is actively part of the process of learning. He
is the one who is taking the initiative and he is someone is called ‫ معلم‬it means the teacher is
voluntarily participating in learning. teaching him but it doesn’t necessarily mean he
learning or he is doing it voluntarily or he is
actively participating in the process.

‫مضاعف‬
In this type of irregularity the ‫ ع‬and ‫ ل‬letter are same. For example,

 ‫ عزيز‬has the jizr ‫ ع ز ز‬.

 ‫ جالل‬has jizr ‫ ج ل ل‬.

if there is ‫ ع‬and ‫ ل‬simply together, both without shadda only then ‫ مضاعف‬will have an effect on

the sarf. Otherwise it will have no effect. For example, in ‫ فعل & تفعل‬there is a shadda on the ‫ع‬

letter. So ‫ مضاعف‬will have no effect on sarf of these families.
