    To log into Microsoft Office 365, users go to the Office 365 homepage and click sign in to enter their Tata Elxsi email and temporary password. They will then receive an OTP via text to the mobile number in their Tata Elxsi records, which they enter to access the Microsoft Office homepage. From there, users can access Outlook using the same login credentials and Teams is also accessible from the left pane using the same login information.

    PFB the steps to login to Microsoft office 365

    1. Please go to Microsoft office 365 homepage https://www.office.com/

    2. Once the webpage is loaded, please click on the sign in option and enter the Tata
    Elxsi mail Id and temporary password shared with this mail.

    3. Please enter the mobile number given for updating in the Tata Elxsi records, you will
    receive an OTP in your mobile number and please enter the same.
    4. Change the password, once the same is done you will be taken to the Microsoft
    office homepage.

    5. The outlook icon is available in the left pane. Using the same mail ID and password
    you can login to Microsoft teams as well. (Outlook and teams are marked in red
    circle)
