Sub: Submission regarding querry of evidences in my complaint of harrassment as per

notice no. 1889/Doc/RFSL(Che.Puri) dated 27.09.2021.

Respected sir,
With reference to notice no.1889/Doc/RFSL (Ch.Puri) dated 27.09.2021, I am querried by the
committee to submit all the evidences if any in support of my complaint of harrassment at
workplace.
Sir as my complaint contains multiple incidences I had already requested to your kind self for
providing me a requisition letter with specific queries on seperate issues enabling me to submit
the evidences for separate issues susequently, as mentioned in complaint. However, ….

1. The undersigned has submitted almost all evidences and relied upon dociment available
with her till the submission of the complaint;
2. Several evidences are yet to be procured through and on disposal of my long pending
representations/file noting, emails, communications etc. and after file inspections are
allowed too from the office;
3. Several evidences/records/documents were kept in room no 21 which was forcefully
accessed by Mr. Puneet Puri AD (Ballistics) HOD/FPD and could only be obtained after
appropriate office proceeding if not tampered with after intrusion.
4. A suitable administrative or legal action for obtaining these evidences from the implied
possession of these officers who are also involved in my workplace harrassment is also
humbly requested to the committee.
5. Sir i humbly request your good self to rely upon the evidences i had already submitted
and issue directions instructing the reponsible ailing officers to provide documents from
their possession.

Sir i would like to humbly submit that my entire hopes for reinstatement of my
fundamental right and for uphelding principles of natural justice rely on the judgement of
this Hon'ble committee so please help me for providing me justice and uphelding the
truth.
I will be deeply obliged on your this act of kindness.
