Greetings from the Association of Supply Chain Professionals (ASCP), India!

The Association of Supply Chain Professionals (ASCP) is a voluntary

association of supply chain management professionals and
academicians which endeavours to practice quality supply chain &
logistics practices and in the process help professionals and students
to build up desired levels of expertise and skills.
The Association provides opportunities for professionals to
communicate, develop and improve supply-chain managerial skills and
create awareness about innovations and appropriate supply-chain
systems for efficient business growth. It works towards connecting
professionals, educating aspirants, skills development, creating jobs
and thus contribute to nation-building.

As part of our Student Awareness and Engagement in the domain of Supply Chain and
Logistics Management, we are conducting a Student Level Competition in 2022.
Its salient features are:
• Students in the Graduate and Post Graduate courses can participate
by sending their project details in the desired format.
• There will be 5 zones (East, West, North, South and Central). Zones are to
be decided based on the location of the educational institutes from which
the students are pursuing their studies.
• There will be zonal level screening. Champions from each zone will compete in the Final.
• The teams (comprising of 3 members max.) will be required to present their study
through virtual medium. The zonal champions will be required to travel to Mumbai or New
Delhi for the final presentation at its Annual Conference. Please note that ASCP does NOT
bear any cost of transportation and boarding.
• Overall Winning team(s) will be awarded during the premier Annual ASCP India Supply
Chain Conference which will be held in Mumbai or New Delhi in 2022. Incase of Covid
related restrictions, presentation may be allowed through virtual medium.
• There is NO ENTRY FREE for participation. All registered participants will be provided
e-certificate. Students are encouraged to be an active member of ASCP by enrolling
themselves as Student Members of ASCP which is at a nominal annual fee.

SUBMISSION
The students need to submit a project abstract in not more than 1000 words in MS-Word
document (double space, 12 point Times Roman font), outlining the following:
a. Title of their Study (along with name of members, Academic Program pursuing and Institute)
b. Supply Chain related business problem to be addressed.
c. Methodology adopted (including source of data)
d. Findings and their Implications for Industry.
e. An Undertaking, attested by the respective faculty in charge, that the study is original and
has been conducted by the TEAM MEMBERS only.
The project abstracts will be examined by a panel of experts comprising of Practitioners
and Academicians after processing them through a plagiarism software like Turnitin.

The timeline for the submission is as follows:

1. Submission of an abstract of study: By 15/04/2022
2. Decision of Finalists: By 05/05/2022
3. Zonal level Presentations: 15/05/2022 to 15/06/2022
4. Final Presentation at the Annual Conference : June/July 2022,
date to be announced in January 2022.

Please note that any request for change of submission dates will not be entertained.
