PART 1 - GENERAL
1.1 SUMMARY

installed in each block.
B. The values represent the upper limit of Electrical loads that can be installed in each building
zones.
C. This document shall be read in conjunction with the layouts and the schedule of equipment.
D. The procured equipment shall maintain the same or more efficient performance than the
described values below throughout the life cycle of the equipment.
E. Refer to the Final Baseline Energy Model Report for operation schedules related to each load.
PART 2 - PRODUCTS
2.1 GENERAL
A. The products shall be designed, procured, installed, and tested in a manner that their energy
consumption shall not exceed the values listed in the following tables:

2. Table B- FFE (Furniture and Fixed Equipment)
3. Table C- ICT (Information and Communication Technology)
4. Table D- LPD (Lighting Power Density).
