It is now time for your group to present the result of your interview in class. What better way to
present it but with the use of a presentation tool.
Below is a list of presentation tools. Research about them and write their advantages and disadvantages.

 When you have unstable
internet connection, even
though it is web-based you will
have a hard time using this tool.
 It can be a little tricky if you're
trying to learn the software on
your own; support files for
Keynote are not as detailed as
those from Microsoft. Because
it's less pervasive, findings from
Google aren't much extra
support.
 There are less options for
effects in Google Slides. There
are also fewer themes, but
there is a strong variety of
choices for Envato Elements.
 Although it is extremely easy
and allows beautiful
presentations, you can not
export without an account.
Since the Haiku Deck branding is
inescapable, the free edition

Activity 5.2

1. Use as many slides as you can so that the audience can clearly understand your
message.

2. PowerPoint presentation is a form of visual aid.

4. to insert hyperlink, go to the Home tab and then click the Hyperlink option.
5. To embed an object, go to the Insert tab and under the Text Group, click Object.

8. Use dark fonts on dark backgrounds to gain proper contrast.

9. Use bullets to simplify your message.

10. Insert artwork in each slide of your presentation. It may not be related but at least it
would draw audience’s attention.

Activity 5.3

1. What is the significance of using hyperlinks that navigate around your presentation instead of
just using keyboard shortcuts?
 A hyperlink can link directly to a particular slide inside your presentation, a saved file, a web
page, another PowerPoint presentation, or a custom email when you click on it.

Activity 5.4
