Topic 1: The benefits of using games to teach English as a foreign language
Games are known as one of the most common ways to teach English because of their
numerous advantages. Firstly, playing games is one of the most easiest ways to engage students. This
is because it captures their attention, makes learning more enjoyable and reduces pressure in theory
lessons. They can also be a powerful tool helping to motivate a class. Secondly, games helps bulid
class cooperation. It force students to work together as a team. In this way, they can learn how to
communicate, listen to others and play fairly to achieve a certain goal. Moreover, games provide
language practice in the various skills such as reading, comprehesion and speaking. They also
reinforce vocabulary and grammar. In this way, lessons become more memorable to students because
the fun moments of games stand out to them. In conlusion, it is undeniable that utilizing games in
teaching English leads learners to plenty of significant advantages.

Topic 2: The use of teaching aids in the teaching – learning process


Nowadays, teaching aids play an indispensabe role in any classroom which are used more and
more frequently. There are variety kinds of teaching aids, and each one is used in different purposes.
For instance, in the visual learning style, there are flashcards used to help students learn new
vocabulary or recall the words that they have studied. Masks and puppets in kinaesthetic learning
style can be used in story-telling lessons or role-playing games. Relia is also one of the teaching aids
that being used the most frequently. For example, when teaching new vocabulary about fruits,
teachers can show learners a real apple, a banana as a clear demonstration. Last but not least, I
believe the teacher is the richest teaching aids source since they play lots of roles in the class. For
instance, when teaching English through songs, they are a singer who can sing well and show good
pronunciaton. In conclusion, it’s undeniable that teaching aids can be utilizing in variety of
intriguing ways.
