CONCEPT PAPER
 I. TITLE:
Pandemic learning

II. INTRODUCTION:
Students nowadays are struggling with their studies. Learning
method during this pandemic outbreak is not that easy. Some
students are facing difficulties in understanding lessons, doing
some activities through online and facing lack of gadgets to use
during this online learning. Gadgets are really needed during this
pandemic. The absence of gadgets has a high impact on the grades
of every learner. This project will help learners gain more
knowledge about their lessons.
It aims to help students who are behind in their classes.
To give the students a gadget to use during their classes. To give
learners additional knowledge about their lessons. To increase the
number of students who are active in their academics.
III. PURPOSE:
The project is worth supporting for it will enable students
to have an online access to their classes. This will help students to
understand their topics and give limited gadgets to the students
who can’t afford to buy one.
IV. DESCRIPTION:
Attendees or learners will be given a free snacks
and booklets for the discussion.
This project will have a facebook page and a
website for updates.

V. SUPPORT:
The estimated budget needed for the project is
ranging Php.120,000.00 to Php.200,000.00. This include
fare, snacks, gadgets, paper and other related fees.
