How it works.

Bacoban for Aerospace is a long-term anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal coating which can be applied to any surface via spray, wipe
or fogger. Unlike most surface protection products which once applied only last minutes, Bacoban remains active for up to 10 days after
application and is resistant to the most common germs and viruses including MRSA, HIV, Hepatitis B&C and Norovirus. After significant
testing Bacoban for Aerospace has been approved to be an effective barrier against Ebola hemorrhagic fever (Ebola or EVD) and
Covid-19, already now being used by airlines and ambulance fleet protection.

Bacoban for Aerospace has been developed not only to protect medical environments such as Hospitals and surgeries (Class 2 medical
product) but also to high multi-user environments such as offices, shopping and entertainment centers and even planes, ships. With a
wide range of application methods, almost any environment can be protected. The fogger can disinfect a room, vehicle, cabin or office
in minutes and as no moisture is released, sensitive equipment and interior fittings do not need to be relocated before application.

This advanced formula is a skillful weapon for the control

and elimination of germs and viruses. Regular use of
Bacoban leads to further improvement of the surface as the
ultra-thin nanoscale layer builds up resistance making it
more difficult for the contaminants to adhere to the
surface. This results in stronger protection and improved
hygienic environment. Conventional disinfectants are
effective immediately – but only for a short period. Micro-
organisms are only killed during the few minutes of the
duration of the active period. After that, when the
disinfectant has evaporated, the area treated is again
subjected to microbial strains. Until the next disinfection, a
hygiene gap results, in which there can be a repeated
settlement by micro-organisms.

Intended use

Bacoban®DL is a ready-to-use, waterbased solution for

surface disinfection and cleaning with residual, antimicrobial
effect. Residual antimicrobial effect for up to 10 days (tested according
to ASTME 2180).
Dermatologically tested (epicutaneous test with 30 test

Apply Bacoban®DL onto the surface and spread evenly with a
cloth respectively take a ready-to-use wipe from the package Ingredients
and spread the liquid evenly on the surface. Then let dry. 100 g of solution containing: Benzalkonium chloride 0,26 g,
Don‘t rinse or rub dry. sodium pyrithione 0,025 g, polycondensates, perfume
substances, purified water.
Ingredients according to regulation (EC) No 648/2004: less than
