TIME ALLOTMENT 90 minutes

LESSON OUTLINE:
1. INTRODUCTION : Welcome and orient the students regarding the subject and the objective for lesson 1 for third quarter.
2. MOTIVATION : Enable the learners to watch a 4-minute video clip showing a short introduction about different text structure.
3. INSTRUCTION/DELIVERY : Learners will view and answer an interactive short quiz where they will be asked to place the image on the corresponding text structure.
4. PRACTICE : Learners will answer an interactive pre-test (drag and drop image) to familiarize with the different types of text structure.
5. ENRICHMENT : The learners will answer an interactive quiz to be able to place the image on their corresponding text structure.
6. EVALUATION : Learners will create an essay from one of the articles in the lesson.

1. INTRODUCTION (5 minutes) Vocabulary Enrichment.

Rules and regulations:
1. Turn your cameras on upon entering the zoom link; this will serve as your attendance.
2. Make sure that your microphone is muted. You may unmute if you want to ask a question or you are called
to answer one.
3. Always see to it that you only type related materials on the message box.
4. Listen attentively and participate. Learners will share their communication thoughts
regarding each model of communication.
Questions and clarifications will be entertained.
