Assignment 1 Potential Entrepreneurship Characteristics

1. Discipline 
When there are a lot of things that I wanted to buy specially on shopee I always think
about it for a lot of times before I add it to my cart. I always think if do I really need this
thing or I just want it.
2. Self-Motivation
When things got messed up and I started thinking that I no longer can do it or continue
to finish it, I always remind myself about my goals in life and what could've had happen
if I give up.

3. Maintaining Focus
Playing Call of Duty or watching movies or series in Netflix is my way of destressing and
it also caused me to lose focus on what should I need to accomplish within the day
specially my activities so I come up of having to managed my time wisely. I set a
specific amount of time where I can play and where I should start finishing what I need
to accomplish on that day.

4. Willingness to make Sacrifices

I am a selfless person and I am wiling to make sacrifices especially when it comes to
my love ones or if me making that sacrifice to that person will do something good or will
benefit him/her then I won't be needing to have a second thought about it.

5. Ability to Motivate and Inspires Others

There is this instance where in my friend open ups to me saying that she can longer do
it ( accomplish her tasks) because she is to tired and stressed out and she is having a
mental breakdown, I told her that " then take a rest if you're too tired but it doesn't mean
that you will stop accomplishing what you need to finish that day, always think about
your goal. Giving up won't make you accomplish your goals so if you're tired and having
a mental breakdown right now take a rest. I know that you are a strong girl, you'll get
over it soon. "

6. Ability to Quickly Adapt to Change

In our case right now, we are in the midst of the pandemic and we can't do what we
were used to do before so the only thing that will and can help us is to adapt to change,
just like what they said New Normal, right now instead of having a face to face class, we
are attending an online class. I won't let this pandemic stop me from learning and
gaining more knowledge instead we need to adapt to changes and continue to live in
this New Normal set up we have right now.
