Q2 explains the work ethic in detail

Definition: Work ethic is the ability to maintain proper moral values within the workplace. It is
an attitude that shapes the way an individual performs its job duties with high moral standards.
Work ethics is known as a transferable or “soft” skill. It is an inherent attitude that an individual
possesses and it allows him to make decisions and perform his duties with positive moral
values that include elements like integrity, responsibility, high quality, discipline, humility and
teamwork.

An individual that possesses a positive work ethics will consider the moral implications of
everything he does and will establish clear boundaries between what he considers
appropriate and what he doesn’t, according to his own values and principles. Companies
should establish and promote a set of organizational values that can be observed to perform
adequate assessments and goals for each individual that connects somehow with the
organization.

Q3 with examples explored national unit of discipline

Ans. To help exploring how best to unify complex systems, I offer observations from the
history of the philosophy of science, focusing on unity (and disunity) among engineering and
scientific disciplines. Unity involves the extent to which different disciplines share common
features, but this can still mean many things, and different disciplines approach problems in
seemingly discordant ways. I draw on the work of logical empiricists to explore how
disciplines vary in their language and methods as well as in their scientific laws, theories, and
causal explanations.

Q4 what is the personality behavior development

Ans. Personality is something that people tend to think a lot about. When we meet new people,
whether through work, school, or social events, it is often their personality on which we
immediately focus. Whether they are nice, helpful, outgoing, or shy are just a few of the things
that we assess as we evaluate the people around us.

It is our personality that makes us who we are, but how exactly do our personalities form?
Personality development has been a major topic of interest for some of the most prominent
thinkers in psychology. Since the inception of psychology as a separate science, researchers have
proposed a variety of ideas to explain how and why personality develops
Q5. explain the self discipline

Ans.... Self-discipline is the ability to push yourself forward, stay motivated, and take action,
regardless of how you're feeling, physically or emotionally. You are showing it when you
intentionally choose to pursue something better for yourself, and you do it in spite of factors
like distractions, hard work, or unfavorable odds.

Self-discipline is different from self-motivation or willpower. Motivation and willpower

contribute to it, as do persistence, the ability to follow through on your intentions, and hard
work.

Self-discipline is useful in many areas of our lives.

For instance, it's what pushes you to do high-quality work, even when you don't feel like it. It
gives you the strength to stay professional with your clients, even when you're ready to throw
in the towel. It helps you stick with and achieve tough goals that you set for yourself.
Selfdiscipline also enables you to keep going through to great success, despite what others
might see as seemingly insurmountable odds.
