Here are a few skills to try while you are working from home!

We have included some movement skills for re-

view as well as some skills that we will be working on moving forward.

You can use a ball of any size to practice as long as it fits in one hand. If you do not have a ball you can substitute for a balloon, a paper or aluminum foil ball,
or even a pair of socks. Please be careful of your space to ensure that you can do these skills properly without hitting anything.

For more difficulty, you can put a few side shuffle steps
at the beginning. This is called a, “Crow Hop.”

• Build some target games like, bowling, curling,

boccia, or just try to toss your laundry into the
hamper!
• Find a partner in your house to play catch with. I
hear family pets like dogs love to practice these
skills.
• If you are having lots of success try to challenge
yourself. Make your targets smaller, further away
or even try to bounce the ball off a wall before it
hits the target (a bank shot).
