0 Conclusion
There can be no doubt that there no escape from moving on pace with digital technology in
everything we do today. Even paper money are underutilize since internet banking were existed.
As for digital transformation in leadership is essential since everything is globalize nowadays.
Education and training institutions at all levels must provide everyone with the knowledge,
skills, and attitudes, as well as chances for lifelong learning, that are required for living and
working in an increasingly digitally driven environment. ICT has the potential to play a
significant role in ensuring universal access to education and training. Although all instructors
must have 21st-century skills, including basic ICT skills, competent graduates with specialized
IT skills are in high demand around the world. To stay afloat, TVET systems will need to foster a
culture of sharing and openness, as well as sustain inclusive learning practises that allow a
growing number of people to participate. Inclusive for all four major question which are ICT
literacy, innovation, adaptation and acceleration, this study has come up with four theme include
facilitation, upskilling, optimize social media and continuous improvement. Important roles has
to be played by technology providers, institution management, educators and students. For future
research can be focus on how can human still be humanly connected to each other within the
existence of technology.
